Together

An album I finished in 2016.

“Together” is a short piece I wrote for my wife to play at our wedding, and the sunset in the album art is the view from the hospital on the night our oldest son was born; my two favorite days.

While in High School, writing and playing music was my favorite hobby. My best friends were in the school band with me, and I had dreams of starting a band after school. I kept writing music after high school – even finishing an album’s worth of music with some low-end virtual instruments, but my interest in music waned as my life began to be consumed with college and the professional career that followed. For a few years, I didn’t spent much time on anything musical.

After I started to play keyboard at my church, my interest in music grew again, and I slowly started working towards another album’s worth of music. This is the result.
